Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California, USA.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, HealAgeTek grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website. App and Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
Payment Processing and Third-Party Platforms
If you make purchases through the HealAgeTek mobile or desktop application, including subscriptions, one-time purchases, or premium features (collectively, “Paid Services”), those payments may be processed by third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store. The terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those third parties will apply to your transaction. HealAgeTek is not responsible for any errors or issues caused by third-party payment processors.
AI Disclaimer
Our Services may offer insights or recommendations generated by artificial intelligence (“AI”). These outputs are informational only and are not intended to replace professional healthcare judgment.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website, app or Services at our discretion, including if you violate these Terms.
Survivability
The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution provisions.
Subscriptions and Renewals
If you purchase a subscription-based service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing period (monthly or annually, as applicable), unless you cancel it prior to renewal. You authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method.
Free Trials and Promotional Offers
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing for certain Paid Services. If you sign up for a trial, you may be automatically enrolled into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will be notified of this during sign-up.
Price Changes
HealAgeTek reserves the right to change pricing for Paid Services at any time. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle and will be communicated to you in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Paid Services after a price change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.
Cancellation or Termination
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings in the app or via the platform through which you purchased the service. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to Paid Services until the end of the period you have paid for.
Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes that may be applicable to your use of the Paid Services, excluding taxes based on HealAgeTek’s net income.
Prohibited Uses
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Website:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries).
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate HealAgeTek, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses or screen names associated with any of the foregoing).
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Website, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the Website, or expose them to liability.
Additionally, you agree not to:
- Use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Website, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Website.
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Website.
- Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Website, or for any other purpose not expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, without our prior written consent.
- Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Website.

At HealAgeTek’s sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or use of the Website, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Delaware law.
Geographic Restrictions
The owner of the Website is based in the State of California in the United States. We provide this Website for use only by persons located in the United States. We make no claims that the Website or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries.
